Subscriptions & Plans

Foosball Leaderboard has two plans: Free and Pro. The Free plan gives your group everything needed to run a competitive leaderboard with no time limit. Pro unlocks the advanced features for groups that want tournaments, gamification, and deeper engagement.

Pro plan pricing

Pro costs €5 per month per organisation. Billing is per group, not per user — one subscription covers all members.

Upgrading to Pro

Go to Settings → Subscription and click Upgrade to Pro. You'll be redirected to a Stripe Checkout session. After payment, Pro features are enabled immediately for your entire group.

Managing billing

After subscribing, you can access your billing portal from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. From there you can update payment details, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Cancelling

When you cancel, your group retains Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After that, the group reverts to the Free plan and Pro-gated features become inaccessible — but no data is deleted. If you resubscribe, everything is exactly where you left it.

Grace period

If your subscription lapses (e.g., a failed payment), you get a 7-day grace period during which Pro features remain active. A banner in the app notifies you so you can update your payment method before access is interrupted.

Player limits on Free

The Free plan supports up to 10 active players. If your group grows beyond 10, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Archived players don't count toward the limit.
