Players & Profiles

Every person in your group has a player profile that tracks their complete match history, rating trajectory, and performance statistics.

Player profile

Click any player's name on the leaderboard to open their profile. It shows:

  • Current rating — mu, sigma, and display rating
  • Win / loss record — total and per-season
  • Win rate — percentage of matches won
  • Rating history — a chart of how their rating has changed over time
  • Recent matches — last 10–20 results with score and rating change per match
  • Head-to-head record — win/loss breakdown against every other player in the group

Stats and advanced metrics

In 2v2 mode, profiles also show:

  • Offense vs. defense win rates — how the player performs at each position
  • Contribution scores — how much they contributed to their team's result in each match (derived from live match data when available)
  • Best / worst matchups — which opponents they beat most and least reliably

Avatars and cosmetics

Players can upload an avatar from their account settings. On Pro, players can also equip a title (a short label under their name) and a frame (a decorative border around their avatar). Both are earned or purchased in the Cosmetics Shop.

Placeholder players

A placeholder player is a leaderboard entry that isn't linked to a user account yet. You might create one for a colleague who hasn't signed up. Placeholders:

  • Participate fully in matches and rating calculations
  • Appear on the leaderboard like any other player
  • Are linked to a real account automatically when the person joins via an invite link

Once linked, all historical results carry over to the real account.

Archiving players

If someone leaves your group, you can archive their player profile from Settings → Players → Archive. Archived players:

  • No longer appear on the active leaderboard
  • Don't count toward the Free plan's 10-player limit
  • Still appear in historical match records
  • Can be unarchived at any time

Adding players

Players are added to your group in two ways:

  1. Via invite link — they sign up and get added automatically
  2. As a placeholder — an admin creates a named player manually from Settings → Players → Add Player
